I was contracted by FIFA to produce and edit this video to celebrate 100 days to go until the start of the 2018 FIFA World Cup. The 32 footballing legends, one from each of the competing countries filmed their own clips, with the special appearance by the presidents of FIFA and Russia, were provided to me by FIFA.

I chose the music, the order of the legends, and designed the look based on the existing FIFA World Cup graphics toolkit. The project was viewed and approved by both presidents as they both had a vested interest. I delivered in both English and Russian.

I think the video surprised many with the fun appearance of the Presidents helping the count to reach 100, with Mr Putin scoring the final mark with his header.

By 2230 on the 6th of March, the day the video was launched, it had already had over 1.1 million views on Facebook, with a further 60,000 on Youtube (adding both English and Russian versions) with well over 6,000 comments on twitter. It is safe to say the video went viral.
