The 15th Asian Games is an international multi-sport event that comes under the IOC umbrella. We had a team of eight editors onsite at the IBC in Doha, Qatar, split into two teams, with each delivering a one hour highlights show each day, using EVS Clean Edit. As lead editor I had to come up with the workflows and train the other editors in the process.
